PEANUT CHUTNEY



INGREDIENTS

  • Peanut - 1/2 cup ( Roasted)
  • Green Chillies - 5-6 ( Can be adjusted as per taste)
  • Salt - to taste
  • Oil - 1/2 tsp
  • Mustered seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • Split black gram dal -1/4 tsp
  • Curry leafs- few
  • Asafotida - A pinch
  • Red chilli- 1 ( Broken in two pieces)
METHOD
  • Take a mixer jar and put peanuts and green chillies into it.
  • Dry grind this like a peanut granular.
  • Now add water and salt and grind it like chuthey or thickness as you desired.
  • Adjust salt as per your taste
  • Now heat a pan
  • Add oil into it
  • Once oil is heated up then put mustered seeds into it.
  • Allow mustered seeds to crack and then add all remaining ingredients to it.
  • Temper the chutney with this.
  • Serve with any South Indian breakfast or snacks.
