MULI KE PARATHE ( An Indian Bread with the mixture of Grated Radish and spices)
Preparation Time- 10 min
Dough in rest - 20 min
Cooking time- 10-15 min for 10 parathas
INGREDIENTS
Wheat flour- 2 cups
Radish- 4 ( in medium size)
Salt- to taste
Oil- 2 tbs and for making paratha extra
Coriander powder- 2 tsp
Dry mango Powder- 2 tsp
Green Chilli - 4-5 finely chopped
Garam Masala Powder- 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
Cumin seed- 1 tsp
Coriander leaves - 2 tabs ( finely hopped)
Extra flour- for dusting

Method:-
- Grate radish and keep aside for 5-10 min.
- You will observe that radish will leave lots of water.
- Now squeeze it and put it in a mixing bowl.
- Add all ingredients and mix well ( including 2 tbs oil)
- Add the squeeze water to flour and make a soft dough.
- Keep the dough in rest for 20 min by covering it.
- make small balls from it.
- Roll the ball in flour and with the help of rolling pin make small parathas.
- Heat pan and cook both the side of paratha by adding little oil.
- Serve hot with curd or any other side dish.
