INGREDIENTS
Wheat Flour – 2 cups
Kasuri methi (Dry
fenugreek leafs) – ½ cup (Soaked in warm water)
Cumin seeds – 2 tsp
Turmeric powder– ½ tsp
Garam masala powder – 1
tsp
Coriander Powder – 2
tsp
Salt – to taste
Oil – as required for
making paratha
Water – for making dough
METHOD
Take a mixing bowl or
big plate for making dough.
Mix all ingredients
except oil in the bowl.
Now add little by
little water and make a soft dough of it
Let the dough rest for ½
an hour
Make medium size of
balls out of this dough.
Roll the ball, with the
help of rolling pin, dusting some plain flour on it and make chapatties out of
each ball.
Heat tava and place one
chapatti on it.
Once the one side is
half cooked then turn the chapatti to the other side and cook till it is ¾ th
done
Now once again turn the
chapatti and brush with oil on the both side and cook.
Cook all chapatti in
the similar way.
Serve it with dal and
curry.
